One wonders what went on behind the scenes to allow the police to stop the right 'suspicious cab' at the right time.

But, as Dave says, what fraction of the total traffic is this?

Collectors of ancient coins lobby to have their passion excluded from punitive laws regarding unregulated trade in rare antiquities.
