Frustratingly little detail in the reporting that I have found so far, but could be worth watching for in the coming months.

Interesting find David. I see what you mean about lack of detail. Pictures do look impressive. I have read a bit about the Phoenicians so not surprised on that score. This site (Rabat is better known name) is pretty much due South of Cadiz, a well known Phoenician city.
