Possibly one of the axes mentioned but not illustrated at https://www.thefirstnews.com/article/rare-medieval-sword-and-artefacts-from-first-piast-dynasty-found-fully-intact-at-bottom-of-lake-14787 ? The sword which is illustrated is rather nice.

Also axes from Lake Lednica are mentioned in https://www.researchgate.net/publication/340701904_Axes_from_Lake_Lubanowo_Pomerania_Poland_and_Their_Possible_Function_on_the_Background_of_Watery_Finds_of_the_Roman_Period_and_Middle_Ages/link/5e99eb484585150839e3f520/download:

Quotein the vicinity of one of the islands, Ostrów Lednicki (with the stronghold – a seat of Polish rulers of the late 10th–early 11th century) an assemblage of items, dominated by weapons, has been revealed. Almost 170 axes have been found in that body of water, with the great majority dated to the Early Middle Ages
