Again, no access, sorry, but if one could get one's library to obtain Volume 39 of the International Journal of Military History and Historiography the entire 43-page article is contained therein.  Have yet to try mine ...

I've got it. Email me if you want a copy. Then we can discuss. There is some good and some bad, but I value the opinion of authors who have never handled such a sword in how this type of work is received. One thing that has become clear over the last decade, is that the analysis of experimental archeological data is just as subjective as all the other avenues of information on ancient warfare.
