It is! Thanks for digging this up.  Surely this is "Girsu Tell" and not simply "Tell" as referenced in the linked article.

Girsu is the ancient Sumerian name of the city, Tello (Telloh, Tell Telloh) is the modern Arabic name of the pile of ruins.
