Wow. My first thought looking at the picture was "no, that's just a dagger slung horizontally in a waist sheath, that's no big deal" - but it's more than that, clearly. Very unusual.

it is one of those wow moments indeed. Fascinating stuff and does raise questions of what else might have been possible
