A quick look suggests that the early chapter on the Parthian army is recycled more or less word for word from IS's book on Caracalla. Otherwise, I would have liked to see more on Alexander Severus' campaigns, but it looks interesting.
I haven't yet read it myself, but I am looking forward to it when I have some free time.

The publisher (http://wydawnictwo.uph.edu.pl/) doesn't list it, so maybe it's something that will become a book?
