Whilst never actually building a stone circle, we dropped large chunks of concrete walling into running sand and then scraped the peat back (It's a long story involving a geologist who wanted samples of the running sand and us having a tracked digger available at the time)
But given the nature of running sand those concrete blocks are now under an undisturbed bronze age layer so I'd love to see the archaeologists, a thousand years hence.
