Title: Seal with "Parthian / Sasanian" horseman

Looks very like the 'Parthian' footsoldier with thureos , barbed spear, long coat, round hat...but mounted.
The sword does not look classically Parthian.

On magnification, the headgear looks like a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head.
