One of the experts quoted is named Flint Dibble.  Clear evidence that this monument is the work of the Flintstones, I reckon.

Definitely referring to Graham.

As for Tony, well I do live in Cheam... (Sadly, East Cheam has not existed since the early 19th century when the old manors of East and West became excessively archaic.  The old manor estate of East Cheam became the site of Cheam School, where Churchill's father and the late Duke of Edinburgh went to school before it decamped in the 1930s to a new site near Aldersmaston!)

As for Dr Flint Dibble, he definitely exists and is studying "foodways" in ancient Crete:
