Well, she will be in deep trouble with some people for stating that the Medieval period in Britain started in 1066  :)

(Don't get me wrong, it was what I was taught decades ago, but hey, Pluto was still a planet then.)

Battle of the Standard?

Given Crecy, Agincourt and Orleans are allowed as British battles, Tinchebray? Certainly secured the direction of the Norman dynasty, and no Tinchebray, no Plantagenet dynasty.

1066 - 1485. A golden oldie. I suppose the anglo-centricity is excusable given the subject, though only four of the battles are in actually in England. I think I would have got Tewksbury 1471 in there.
