Wargaming in the Penrith – Matlock corridor
« on: June 14, 2017, 09:40:05 AM »
I am having a bit of a wargaming road trip the weekend 24th – 25th June.  On Saturday 24th I am attending the Phoenix show at the Rheged centre in Cumbria and on Sunday 25th taking part in a SAGA competition in Matlock.

The show finishes at 15:00 and I have no need to rush to my hotel in Matlock that night so I was wondering if there were any wargamers en route who might fancy a game that late arternoon/evening?  I am willing to play pretty much anything.

A bit of a long shot perhaps but - you never know!

David,

Sorry I didn't see this in time but if you are Matlock again, give me a shout.  I am just a few minutes up the road in Bakewell!

I made it to Penrith and to the show, it was a decent show. Didn't get a lot of time there because it was the second of four places I had to be that day
