I am currently working on a Greco-Bactrian Army after a long absence from the hobby and I'm wondering if there are any references to Flags or Banners that would be appropriate for a Greco-Bractrian Army...

I'm not aware of any. You could try using motifs from the coins, or the hippocampus motif on the elepohant trappings - http://warfare.ga/Ancient/Bactrian_War_Elephant-Hermitage-S-65.htm?i=1

You could do  worse than  using one of the Bactrian coin portraits of a king on a purpke  vexillum style flag.

Does your Bactrian army have steppe troops? If so a windsock stabdard would be appropriate for such units.

Thanks for the suggestion- think I'm going to go with the coin idea. One thing Norton really doesn't like the web site Duncan Head suggested. Says it's a danger... no idea why just a FYI.
