The density in the number of wrecks per sq mile is quite high but the article doesnt eloboarate as to the possible reasons for the wrecks

Also interesting (and new to me) is the link to the update from the Antikythera Wreck of the find of what might be a 'Dolphin' defensive weapon weighing over 200lb (prior to Brexit I would have had to say over 91KG).
