The ram's-horns on one helmet is a not uncommon decoration in the region - see http://tinyurl.com/czhsanb (http://tinyurl.com/czhsanb), the Maiotian chieftain reconstruction in Gorelik's Scythians Osprey. From the location, this burial might be Maiotian, as well. The zigzags on the other helmet are more unusual, in my experience.

Edit: A similar ram's-horn helmet from Dakhovskaia, in the article at http://tinyurl.com/cl9mhsa (http://tinyurl.com/cl9mhsa).
