Title: Bosworth commanders
Post by: Dave Knight on July 21, 2021, 08:59:52 PM
Hi gents - looking for some help

In the ToR Bosworth scenario I want to keep Richard a little separate from the central Yorkist command which would then need a different leader.  Any suggestions as to whom from his entourage might be suitable?

Looking at the tables in Mike Ingram's book, there is virtually nobody apart from Richard and his standard-bearer who are definitely attested as being in the main battle. There are several nobles who are recorded to have been at the battle, but whose role is unknown. So you could choose one of them - George Talbot Earl of Shrewsbury, Edward Grey Earl of Kent, Ralph Neville Earl of Westmorland, Thomas de la Pole Earl of Lincoln.
