Well, it might have "...A bathhouse, gymnasium, garden area, library, and 20 stables...", but what about the flumes, wave generator and climbing wall?

Not to mention the aroma of all the rowers 

It's also not clear on the number of food outlets. I believe it is de rigeur to have numerous restaurants of various types plus cafes and snack bars these days to allow the punters to customise their experience.
