Well, the cargo looks to be in relatively good condition.  It is a shame that there is no statement regarding the possible nationalies of th merchant vessals.  I mean, during the 16th century it could be Chinese or one of the other regional nations, as well as Portuguese, Spanish or, later on, Dutch.

Lovely looking cargo.  Years back I helped at a dig at what is now the site of HK's Disney World where there had been a place for careening and repairing ships of the same era.  Lots of blue and white pottery.  All of it smashed up.  I think the theory was that it was used as ballast, taken off the ships to make repairs easier and not all put back at the end.  Whatever, it was a very boring dig.
