If you would like to receive a periodic email containing links to new conversations that have been started, click on the 'Subscribe' button just above the first forum, next to the SoA Forums newsletter label. If it says 'Unsubscribe' then you are already subscribed - you can unsubscribe and re-subscribe in order to change the frequency if you want. This email is only used for this purpose, emails collected in the forum are not used for mass emailing.
Alternatively, if you want to receive immediate notifications of activity on a particular board, you can click into that board and then select the '(UN)NOTIFY' button at the top or bottom of the board. You will then have the option to be alerted or emailed about activity on that board.
If you wish to delete your personal information from this forum, then click on the 'Profile' link, and select 'Actions', then 'Delete this account'. This will delete your account completely and you will require to re-subscribe in order to access the forum again, and will appear as a new contributor.
