Viking violence compared

Were all Viking societies equally violent?  Apparently not, according to this comparison of Norway and Denmark.  Although I have some concerns about the actual compatability of the two skeletal samples (and that the Norwegian sample is a bit small), it's an interesting approach to using a range of archaeological evidence to explore a topic.
