The Ptolemies is a review copy from the SoA and is free to a good home for the cost of the postage.  Warning: the grammar and prose style is absolutely shocking.

The Livingstone book is also free to a good home for the cost of the postage plus a small donation to a charity of your choice.

Oh dear.  I normally really like Grainger - in several books he neatly sets out what the sources say and what he surmises.  With many authors these are muddle up together...
