Interesting article about the excavation of nomads' burial mounds in Kazakhstan - artefacts are on display at a "Nomads and Networks" exhibition at the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World at New York University, Manhattan. I'm in Manhattan over a weekend in April (working over a weekend so may try and take a look). Might make up for missing Salute.
